Every Lobby 18 item is printed and produced on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful, once you place an order — nothing is held in stock ahead of time. This lets us offer more designs without overproducing, but it does mean orders take a little longer than items shipped from a warehouse shelf.
Most items are produced within 2–7 business days before they ship. During high-demand drops or holidays, production can take a little longer — we'll flag it in Discord if that happens.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on your address and are charged in addition to production time above. Because items are produced at whichever facility is closest to you, exact carriers and transit times can vary by destination.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it the rest of the way.
For orders shipped outside your country of production, customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply on delivery. These are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer — we don't collect them upfront.
Because every item is made specifically for you, we're unable to offer returns or exchanges for wrong size ordered, change of mind, or similar reasons. Please double-check sizing before ordering.
